Kalyana Kuri - KCCNA in action

        

       കല്യാണ കുറി പ്രശ്നത്തില്‍ KCCNA  പ്രസിടണ്ട് ഇടപെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു 

            ക്നാനായ വി ണ്ണി ലെ നക്ഷത്രങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിലെ ചന്ദ്രബിംബം ആണ്  ഹൂസ്ടനിലെ തുണ്ടത്തില്‍ കുടുംബം എങ്കില്‍  ക്നാനായ സൌര യൂഥത്തിലെ ജ്വലിക്കുന്ന സൂര്യനാണ് ഷീന്‍സ് .പ്രസംഗത്തില്‍ മാത്രം അല്ല പ്രവര്‍ത്തിയിലും ഇതാ ഒരു ക്നനായക്കാരനാണ് (100%) എന്ന് ഇതാ ഷീന്‍സ് തെളിയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.സിരകളില്‍ ഒഴുകുന്ന രക്തത്തിലും, മജ്ജയിലും, മാംസത്തിലും, ആല്മാവിലും ക്നായത്വം നുരക്കുന്ന ഒരു ക്നാനായക്കാരന് മാത്രമേ ഇത്തരം ഒരു നടപടി എടുക്കുവാന്‍ കഴിയൂ.ലോകത്തിന്റെ ഏതു  കോണില്‍ ആണെങ്കിലും, സ്വന്തം ഹ്രദയത്തില്‍ ക്നാനായക്കാരന് വേണ്ടി ഒരു ഇടം എ പ്പോഴും കരുതി വെക്കുന്ന, പൂര്‍വികരുടെ പാരമ്പര്യത്തെ ദിന ചര്യകളിലൂടെ പൂജിക്കുന്ന ഈ മഹാനായ KCCNA പ്രസിടന്റിനു അഭിനന്ദന ത്തിന്റെ പൂച്ചെണ്ടുകള്‍.

              25വര്‍ഷത്തെ KCCNA ചരിത്രത്തിനിടയില്‍ സഭാ നെത്ര്ത്വത്തിന്റെ തെറ്റിനെ ചങ്കുറപ്പോടെ തുറന്നു കാണിക്കാന്‍ ചങ്കൂറ്റം കാണിച്ച ഇന്നത്തെ KCCNA നേത്ര്‍ത്വത്തിന്റെ പേരില്‍ ഓരോ ക്നാനായക്കാരനും അഭിമാനം പുളകിതരാകുന്നു .ഞാന്‍ ഒരു ക്നാനായക്കാരന്‍ ആണ് എന്ന് അഭിമാനത്തോടെ  പറയാന്‍ ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രസിടന്റിന്റെ താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരെഴുത്ത് ധാരാളം മതി. വരാനിരിക്കുന്ന വിപ്ലവകരമായ മാറ്റങ്ങളുടെ തുടക്കം ആണ് നമ്മള്‍ കണ്ടു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്.കാലം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന മാറ്റങ്ങള്‍ക്കു മുന്‍പില്‍ സംവിധാനങ്ങള്‍ വഴങ്ങിയെ പറ്റൂ .

ക്നാനായക്കാരുമായുള്ള മസില്‍ പിടിത്തത്തില്‍ മലര്‍ന്നടിച്ചു കിടക്കുന്ന സീറോ മലബാര്‍ 

            ദാസ്യ വേല ചെയ്യല്‍ അല്ല, സമുദായത്തെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കല്‍ ആണ് തന്നില്‍ ഏല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം എന്ന് ഷീന്‍സ് ആകശാല ഒന്നുകൂടി തെളിയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.കാലഘട്ടത്തിന്റെ തുടിപ്പും ചൈതന്യവും ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങി വരും തലമുറയുടെ ഹ്രദയത്തിന്റെ സ്പന്ദനങ്ങള്‍ സ്വന്തം ഹ്രദയത്തി ലേക്ക് ആവാഹിക്കുവാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞ പ്രീയ നേതാവേ ഈ സമുദായത്തിന് താങ്കള്‍  വിലമതിക്കാനാകാത്ത ഒരു നിധി ആണ്.


             ബാങ്ക് ബാലന്‍സിന്റെ വലിപ്പം നോക്കിയും പോക്കറ്റിന്റെ കനം നോക്കിയും, മസ്തിഷ്കത്തിന്റെ ശൂന്യത മുതലാക്കിയും പോക്കറ്റടി നടത്തുന്ന ആരെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ട് എങ്കില്‍ അവരുടെ പ്രസങ്ങങ്ങളെ ക്കാള്‍ എത്രയോ ശ്രേഷ്ഠം ആണ് വെറും അല്മായനായ ഈ മനുഷ്യന്റെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തി.നൊമ്പരപ്പെടുന്ന ഏ തൊരു ക്നാനായക്കാരന്റെയും നൊമ്പരം സ്വന്തം നൊമ്പരം ആയി കരുതി തന്നില്‍ ഏല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം വളരെ മനോഹരം ആയി നിര്‍വഹിക്കുന്ന പ്രീയപ്പെട്ട ഷീന്‍സ്, അമേരിക്കയിലെ മാത്രം അല്ല, ലോകത്തെമ്പാടും ഉള്ള ക്നാനായക്കാരുടെ അനുമോദനത്തിന്റെ ചുംബനങ്ങള്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ നിനക്ക് നല്‍കുന്നു.സീറോ മലബാറിന്റെ കക്ഷത്തില്‍ തല വെച്ച് കൊടുത്തു കപ്പാസ് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട കാളകളുടെ പോലെ നില്‍ക്കുന്ന നപുംസകങ്ങള്‍ അല്ല യഥാര്‍ത്ഥ ക്നാനായക്കാരന്‍ എന്ന്ഇതാ തെളിയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.ഞങ്ങളില്‍ ആര്‍ക്കെങ്കിലും ഒരു പോറല്‍ ഉണ്ടായാല്‍ ഇടപെടാന്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഒരു സംഘടനയും അതിനു കരുത്താര്‍ന്ന ഒരു നേത്ര്‍ത്വവും ഉണ്ട് എന്നത്  ഇപ്പോഴെങ്കിലും മനസ്സില്‍ ആക്കിയാല്‍ എല്ലാവര്ക്കും നല്ലത് .


             ചിക്കാഗോയില്‍ ചിലര്‍ ഒക്കെ ഒട്ടകങ്ങളെ സൂചിക്കുഴയിലൂടെ കടത്തുവാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ "നിങ്ങളില്‍ ചെറി യവനില്‍ ഒരുവന് എന്തെങ്കിലും ചെയുമ്പോള്‍ എനിക്ക് വേണ്ടി അത് ചെയപ്പെട്ടു "എന്ന തിരുവെഴുത്തു വെറും അല്മായനായ ഷീന്‍സിലൂടെ പൂര്തിയാക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.

Subject: Kalyana Kuri - Time for Change

Your Excellency,

Hope everything is going well in Kottayam.  I am writing this again with lot of sadness and Pain.   We seem unable to deal with sensitive issues in North America.  As your excellency may remember, KCCNA regional vice president from New York, Mr. Mohan Kaduthodil, made it very clear that “Kuri” is a major issue for their generation that we should not make it difficult or consider it as an occasion to collect money during our meeting with priests and your Excellency in Los Angeles.  I have also discussed with you personally in LA, after our meeting, about this issue when your excellency mentioned to me that this is a traditional practice in Kerala.  As your excellency can see from the attached, what is practiced in Kerala is not always importable to North America as such.  I wrote to your excellency in many previous occasions as well as during several personal conversations, we as a community have a unique opportunity (because of our closeness and togetherness) to take a slightly different path that cater for fostering trust among our next generation Knanites, across the world, in our institutions, community, priests and Bishops  which in turn nurture their catholic faith through our community.  In order to do that, we must be willing to take and/or experiment a different approach that may not be comfortable and/or consistent with some of the traditions we adopted in Kerala over the years without impacting our sacraments or sacramentals.  Some of us who raised these issues over the past several years were consistently targeted and tarnished in public through church bulletins and sermons, however the reality remains.   We will not be able to completely convert our next generation growing up in western countries to our culture, rather we can make them good Knanites and Catholics.  The only way we achieve this, is with a bit of flexibility and show of care. In sincerely hope your excellency will be able to facilitate the much needed change with courage and conviction, without which we will also fail like other eastern churches in North America in attracting 2^nd generation Knanites.  Some of us can help, however that require a certain amount of trust that we also have the best interest of our community and Catholic faith in our hearts/acts/words.
