വെറുതെ ഒരു പെറ്റി കേസ് വന്നാല്‍ അതിനു രണ്ടാം ക്ലാസ് കോടതിയില്‍ പോലും ഒരു വക്കീലിനെ വെച്ച് കേസ് നടത്താന്‍ സാധാരണക്കാരന് പറ്റില്ല.കുറഞ്ഞത്‌ പത്തു പതിനായിരം ചെലവാണ്.അതു കൊണ്ട് പോലീസിനു നാല് കാശ് കൊടുത്തു കേസ് എങ്ങിനെ എങ്കിലും ഒതുക്കാന്‍ നോക്കും.പിന്നെ മേല്ക്കോടതി നടപടികള്‍ അറിയാമല്ലോ, ലക്ഷങ്ങള്‍, ഹൈക്കൊടതിയിലും, സുപ്രീം കോടതി ആകുമ്പോള്‍ കോടികളില്‍ ഇതും വക്കീല്‍ - കോടതി ചെലവുകള്‍.
BCM കോളേജില്‍ മാസം 800 രൂപ ശമ്പളത്തിനു വെറും അരി വെപ്പ് കാരി ആയി ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്ന അച്ചാമ്മയുടെ സമ്പത്തും, പിടിപാടും കാണുമ്പോള്‍ വെറും അല്മായാണ് കണ്ണ് തള്ളി പോകുന്നു.ഈ അച്ചാമ്മ സത്യം പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ എന്താണാവോ പ്രശ്നം?അരി വെപ്പുകാരിയുടെ സത്യം പറയിക്കുന്ന പരിപാടി നിര്‍ത്തിക്കാന്‍ എന്തിനാണ് ഇത്രയും കാശ് മുടക്കുന്നത്?ആരാണ് അത് മുടക്കുന്നത്?അചാമ്മക്കരിയാവുന്ന കോടികള്‍ വില മതിക്കുന്ന ഈ സത്യം എന്താണ് ആവോ .അത് പുറത്തു വന്നാല്‍ ആര്‍ക്കാണ് പേടി?എങ്ങിനെ എങ്കിലും ഈ അച്ചാമ്മയും മരിക്കുന്ന വരെ സ്റ്റേ യും,, അതിനു മുകളില്‍ സ്റ്റേ യും ഒക്കെ മേടിച്ചി കേസ് നീട്ടി നീട്ടി പോകണം.ഇതും കോട്ടയം രൂപതയുടെ traditional practice എന്നൊക്കെ അങ്ങ് വിശ്വസിക്കാം അല്ലെ.
വായിച്ചു നോക്കുക, മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജ് തുടങ്ങാന്‍ കാശില്ലാതവരുടെ പണം പോകുന്ന വഴി.ആര്‍ക്കെങ്കിലും വേദനിക്കുനുന്ദ് എങ്കില്‍ ക്ഷമിക്കുക.താഴെ പറയുന്ന കാര്യം ഒക്കെ സത്യം ആണ്.ഇതിനൊക്കെ അല്ലെ കല്യാണ കുറി വിറ്റും, വര്‍ഷത്തില്‍ പല തിരു വിസിറ്റ് നടത്തിയും ഒക്കെ കാശു ണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്.
