ReplyDeletePeople are paralised with fear of Priests. They are afraid to say they belong to lay man organization. Fr.Mutholam has done a good job of scaring and keeping people busy in the church with all 100's of different activities. Nobody has the guts even to voice their own opinion. But everyone has the guts to critisise the other person. Everone in church is hurting everyone else. The people are collectively ending up as loosers. If you want to meet many "Brave Padicha-thuris", go to Chicago churches.

ReplyDeleteThis is the convention of a laity organization. What is your role there? What is our role in your functions? Are we admitted? We were not even allowed to participate in the Centenary Celebrations (function with the President of India). Who do you think are threatening?
If there are 100 Knanaya families with the spine and guts to publicly declare that if you don't participate in the convention, don't ever come to us for money.
These "holy men" will then come to the Convention crawling. If you don't believe, try it and see it for yourself. Although they wear all these ceremonial attire, they are shameless to the core!
We should ask Moolakkadan and Mutholam to leave our Diocese. Their dirty affairs can really call "M & M Coalition" As per my knowledge there is few more in our community. Let all this Knanaya betrayers to form another platform and stay there. Knanaya Community is only for Knanaya people with its unwritten rules and regulation. There for anybody think different can get out from our community.

Mr.Shiens, Please make a public call for all the Priest for to attend the Convention and we will see anybody come or not. Please do not call again Moolakkadan and Mutholam. Make this great Knanaya Convention event in the land mark of Knanaya History without any Bishops and Priest. This is the real opportunity for us to expose the betrayers.
KCCNA can co operate with all organization including Syro Malabar even if it is Divine or not on humanitarian basis. It doesn't mean we are approving their principles. KCCNA has every right to protect and preserve The kananaya Community.If we keep on plucking somebody else hen's feathers we end up with no hen or feathers later!!

Mar angadieth has no right nor the malankara knanaya catholics will ever accept mar angadieth as their bishop.

Friends, The rift within the community is deepening. It is in nobody's interest, but to the peril of all. Inflaming one's linguistic, regional, relegious and racial passion is quite easy. But what purpose it serves especially here in USA. Those responsible must realise the danger it could pose to some of our youngsters, who are swayed to take a fundamentalist or racial position. Such a stand could haunt him or her all their life, effectively disqualifying them from any elected position. We are now living in a country, which is slowly getting out of its racist past. Let us not import such rejected ideas here which will harm not only ourselves but also the country and people who welcomed us. Let a persons marriage choice be a private matter.

So hes trying to say that Knanaya is Racist?? then the first person to be called racist is our Fr.Mutholam since hes the VG of this racist knanaya group. Then kottayam bishop should be labeled racist since hes the arch bishop of racist knanayites and Govt of USA normally cancelles all visas and entry into america of people who are racist. Also all the knanaya priests, nuns can be called racist? He is so twisted to suggest people who identify them selves a knanaites and who want to preserve the knanya heritage are racists.

another point raised was "Let a persons marriage choice be a private matter". thats exactly what knanyites have been practicing for centuries. everyone understands that marriage is not a communal activity, it is a private matter of the individuals choice and that is respected. It is for the individuals private decision if he wants to marry a Kna and remain a kna or marry outside a kna and remain a syro-malabar catholic, jacobite, marthomite, muslim, hindu or what ever other religious choice the persons private choice may be. that choice has always been upheld and no knanaya who married a non-kna has been persecuted or jailed in kna history. so how can insisting to marry within kna be called racist?
This is an old management game being played here. If you cannot convince them, confuse them. if you cannot confuse them, corrupt them. if you cannot corrupt them intimidate and scare the shit out of them and making a few scape goats as examples.

If thats your argument then thats fine. provided you and well all start by taking out family to a "non-racist" english latin church where everybody is always welcomed withiout any exemption.
