സമനില തെറ്റി മുത്തുവും മൂട് താങ്ങികളും വിഷം ചീറ്റുന്നു

ഹ്യൂസ്റ്റൻ ക്നാനായ മിഷൻ ആരുടെയാണ്  ?  മുത്തോലം തന്റെ ഔദ്ധ്യോഗിക പത്രക്കുറിപ്പിലൂടെ പറയുന്നു ( നോർത്ത് അമേരിക്കൻ ക്നാ ) ഇത് 2007  ഡിസംബറിൽ ചിക്കാഗോ സെന്റ്‌ തോമസ്സ് രൂപതക്ക്‌ പരിപൂർണ്ണമായും കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു എന്ന്.  ചെരുവിലച്ചന്റെ സമയത്ത് എഴുതി ചേർക്കപ്പെട്ട ഭേതഗതിപ്രകാരം താഴെക്കാണുന്നത് അതിനുള്ള തെളിവാണ്:

1. The name of the corporation is KNANA YA CATHOLIC MISSION - HOUSTON.

2. The following amendments to the articles of incorporation were adopted on

December 9, 2007.

ARTICLE FOUR (a) is amended to read as follows:

Following the constitution and policies and procedures of the St. Thomas Syro- Malabar Catholic Diocese of Chicago.

ARTICLE NINE is amended to read as follows:

"The by-laws ofthe Mission are the by-laws of the St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Catholic Diocese of Chicago. The Board of Directors or the Parish Council, with the direction of the Mission Director, are obligated to follow the policies and procedures of the St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Catholic Diocese of Chicago."

ഇനി പറയുക ഈ മിഷനിൽ അതിന്റെ സ്ഥാവര ജംഗമ വസ്തുക്കളിൻ മേൽ ആർക്കാണ് അധികാരം. ക്നാനായക്കാരന്റെ വിയർപ്പിന്റെ ഫലം കൊണ്ട് സ്വന്തമായ അസ്തിത്വത്തിൽ വാങ്ങാൻ സ്വരൂപിച്ച് കൂട്ടിയ പണം തട്ടിയെടുത്ത് മിഷനെ അങ്ങാടിക്ക് അടിയറവച്ചുകൊണ്ട് വാങ്ങിയ പള്ളിയുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥൻ ആരാണ്  ? ഈ ഭേതഗതി ശരിയെങ്കിൽ ഉടമസ്ഥൻ സീറോ മലബാർ രൂപതയും അതിന്റെ തലവൻ അങ്ങാടിയും ആണ്. ഇനി താഴെക്കൊടുക്കുന്ന ഭാഗം നോക്കുക:

3. The amendments were adopted at a meeting of members held on December 9, 2007 at which a quorum was present, and the amendments received at least two thirds of the votes which members present.  

ഇതിൽ പ്രതിപാതിക്കുന്നത് ഏതോ ഒരു മീറ്റിംഗ് നടന്നുവെന്നാണ്. എന്ത് തരം മീറ്റിംഗ് ആണ് നടന്നത്  ? പോതുയോഗമാണോ അതോ ബോർഡ് മീറ്റിംഗ് ആണോ അതോ വേറെ ഏതെങ്കിലും മീറ്റിംഗ് ആണോ  ? എന്തായാലും അത് ഹ്യൂസ്റ്റനിലെ  ക്നാനായക്കാരുടെ എന്തോ ഒരു തരം മീറ്റിംഗ് ആണ് എന്ന് തന്നെ നമുക്ക് അനുമാനിക്കാം. ഇത്തരം ഒരു മീറ്റിങ്ങിനെ പറ്റി ചിക്കാഗോ ക്നാ ശരിക്കും അന്വേഷിച്ചപ്പോൾ അറിയുന്നത് നമ്മുടെ പെരും ചാഴി പീറ്ററും നെറികെട്ട  മെത്രാൻ സാബുവും പിന്നെ സൈമണ്‍ വളിമറ്റവും   അടങ്ങുന്ന മുത്തോലത്തിന്റെ മൂടുതാങ്ങികൾക്ക് മാത്രം അറിയാവുന്ന സംഗതിയാണ് അത്. തന്തക്ക്‌ പിറന്ന ഒരു ക്നാനായക്കാരനും മുകളിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ചിക്കാഗോ സെന്റ്‌ തോമസ്സ് സീറോ മലബാർ രൂപതയുടെ പോളിസ്സി അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല. സാക്ഷാൽ മുത്തോലം പോലും ഇത്രയും കാലം ലോകത്തോട് പറഞ്ഞത് എല്ലാ ക്നാനായ പള്ളികളും സ്വന്തമായ കോർപ്പ റേഷന്റെ പേരിലാണന്നും അതിന്റെ പരിപൂർണ്ണ ഉടമസ്ഥാവകാശം ക്നാനായക്കാരന്റെ ആണന്നുമാണ്.

മൂലക്കാട്ട് ഫോർമുല പ്രകാരം ഇക്കൂട്ടത്തിൽ ക്നാനായ മാതാപിതാക്കളിൽ ജനിച്ചവരെല്ലാം ഈ പള്ളികളിലും മിഷനുകളിലും അംഗങ്ങളാണ്. അത് സ്ഥാപിക്കാനാണല്ലോ അങ്ങാടി പിതാവിന്റെ കരിങ്കാലി ഇടയ ലേഖനത്തിന്റെ ചുവട് പിടിച്ച്  " മൂലക്കാട്ട് ഫോർമുലയും അങ്ങാടിയത്ത് ഫോർമുലയും ഒരുമിച്ച് സമ്മേളിച്ചപ്പോൾ " എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് ക്നാനായ മീഡിയയിൽ മുത്തോലം എഴുതിയത്. ക്നാനായ മിഷന്റെ നിയമങ്ങൾ ഇനി മുതൽ സെന്റ്‌ തോമസ്സ് സീറോ മലബാർ രൂപതയുടെ ആയിരിക്കുമെന്ന് അമൻറ്റ് ചെയിതപ്പോൾ ഹ്യൂസ്റ്റൻ ക്നാനായ മക്കൾ ആരും അറിഞ്ഞിരുന്നില്ല. ഇത്രയും കാലം നാഴികക്ക് നാൽപ്പത് വട്ടം മുത്തോലം പറഞ്ഞത് സഭാപരമായി ആരാധനാക്രമത്തിൻമേലുള്ള പോളിസ്സികളിൽ മാത്രമായിരിക്കും നമ്മളും സീറോയും തമ്മിലുള്ള ബന്തം എന്നാണ്. മിനിട്സ്സും മറ്റ് തെളിവുകളുമായി മുത്തോലവും മേലേടവും ചാഴിയാതികളുമെല്ലാം കോടതിയിൽ ചെല്ലുമ്പോൾ അറിയാം യഥാർത്ഥ കളികൾ. തെളിവ് നശിപ്പിക്കുവാനും കള്ള രേഖകൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുവാനും കള്ളസാക്ഷി പറയിപ്പിക്കാനും നമ്മുടെ അച്ഛൻമാർക്കും പിതാക്കന്മാർക്കും പ്രത്യേക പരിശീലനം ആവശ്യമില്ലല്ലോ.

മുത്തോലം വീണ്ടും പറയുന്നത് കേൾക്കുക :

" കോറം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല മൂന്നില്‍ രണ്ടു ഭൂരിപക്ഷം കൂടി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ഈ ഭേദഗതിയുടെ സമയത്ത്. ഈ ഭേദഗതിയില്‍ എങ്ങും പള്ളിയോ സ്ഥാപക ജംഗമ വസ്തുക്കളോ സീറോ മലബാര്‍ രൂപതയുടെ കീഴില്‍ ആണ് എന്ന് എഴ്ഹിതിയിരീകൂന്നതു ഈയുള്ളവന്‍ കണ്ടില്ല. സീറോ മലബാര്‍ രൂപതയുടെ പോളിസികള്‍ ഫോളോ ചെയ്യണം എന്നതിന് അങ്ങിനെ ഒരു അര്‍ഥം കണ്ടു പിടിച്ചവര്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി പള്ളി മേടിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ സീറോ മലബാര്‍ മെത്രാന്‍ അംഗീകരിച്ച് അമേരിക്കയിലെ ക്നാനായ മിഷനുകളില്‍ എല്ലായിടത്തും പൊതുവായി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ഭരണഘടന കൂടി കൊടുക്കുന്നു. 

ARTICLE TEN

10.1 Upon the dissolution of the Mission, the Board of Directors shall pay all liabilities and obligations of the Mission. If its property and assets are not sufficient to satisfy or discharge of the Mission's liabilities and obligations, of the Mission shall apply them so far as they will go to the just and equitable payment of the liabilities and obligations.

10.2 Assets held by the Mission upon conditions requiring return, transfer, or conveyance, which condition occurs by reason of dissolution, must be returned, transferred or conveyed in accordance with such requirements.

10.3 The remaining assets of the Mission shall distribute as follows:

If another Knanaya Catholic organization then exists in the United States of America which is exempt under Section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or their successor statute, then all remaining assets shall be distributed only for tax exempt purposes to KNANAYA CATHOLIC MISSION, organization or organizations as determined of a majority of the Board of Directors.

ഇതില്‍ എവിടെയാണ് അങ്ങാടിയത്തിന്റെ പേരിലാണ്പള്ളി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് എന്ന്നിങ്ങള്‍പറയുന്നത്? വെറുതെ ആടിനെ പട്ടിയാക്കുന്ന നിങ്ങളുടെ കുറുക്കന്‍ ബുദ്ധി അപാരം തന്നെ. " 

 എന്റെ പോന്നു മുത്തു താങ്കൾ ഒന്നുകൂടി വായിക്കുക എന്താണ് ആർട്ടിക്കിൾ ഒൻപത്  എന്ന്. എന്നിട്ട് സീറോ രൂപതയുടെ പോളിസ്സിയും വാക്കുകളുടെ അർത്ഥവും വിവരമുള്ളവരോട് ചോതിച്ച്‌ മനസ്സിലാക്കുക.

ഇനി നമുക്ക് ഹ്യൂസ്റ്റൻ ക്നാനായ മിഷൻറെ ഒറിജിനൽ രേഖകൾ പരിശോധിക്കാം. അതിൽ ഇപ്രകാരം വളരെ വ്യക്തമായി പറയുന്നു :

ARTICLE SEVEN
The by-laws of the Mission are to be promulgated, changed, or amended by Diocese of Galveston -
Houston. However, the fundamental principles of the Catholic Diocese of Kottayam cannot be changed.

ARTICLE NINE
General Body and its Functions
9.1 The general Body shall consist of all registered members of the Mission and the annual general body
meeting of the Mission shall be held in January.
9.2 All important decisions shall be taken only by a two-third majority vote of adult members. An adult
herein is clarified as l8 years or older. All routine matters shall be decided by a simple majority of the
members present. Notice for the general body meeting shall be given by a church announcement on the
previous Sunday unless it is an emergency meeting which will be intimated as time permits. If a member
has a complaint and wishes to bring it to the general body meeting, he will first present the complaint in
writing to the Executive Committee, which will then investigate and either take appropriate action or bring
it to the attention of the general body.

മുത്തോലം  എന്താണ് ഇവിടെ പ്രൂവ് ചെയ്യാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത് ? ക്നാനായക്കാരന്റെ അസ്ഥിത്വത്തെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന രീതിയിൽ നിയമ വിരുദ്ധമായി  2007 ലും 2008 ലും പോതുയഗത്തിന്റെ അനുമതിയില്ലാതെ സൂത്രപണി ഒപ്പിച്ചെടുത്തിട്ട് ഇന്ന് വേശ്യയുടെ ചാരിത്ര്യ പ്രസംഗം നടത്തുന്നുവോ. എട്ട് കൊടിയുടെയെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് പിതൃസ്വത്തായി കിട്ടിയ ചതുപ്പ് നിലവും ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് ഡോളർ അഗാപ്പെ തട്ടിപ്പിലൂടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരെ തീറ്റിച്ചിട്ടും അരപ്പട്ട കിട്ടാത്തതിന് ഒരു കുലം മുഴുവൻ സംഹാരതാണ്ടവം ആടി നശിപ്പിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നുവോ ? വച്ചുപൊറുപ്പിക്കില്ല ക്നാനായ മക്കൾ. ഹ്യൂസ്റ്റൻ സെന്റ്‌ മേരീസ്സ് ദേവാലയം വാങ്ങിക്കലിൽ ക്നാനായ മിഷനിൽ താങ്കളും മൂലക്കാട്ട് പിതാവും കാണിച്ച തട്ടിപ്പുകളുടെയും ചതിയുടെയും വിവരം ഉടൻ തന്നെ കോടതി വിധികളിലൂടെ പുറത്തു വരും. തിരുത്തിയ രേഖകളും കാട്ടിക്കൂട്ടിയ കള്ളത്തരങ്ങളും ഇന്ന് താങ്കളെ നോക്കി പല്ലിളിക്കുന്നു. വാലാട്ടി പട്ടികളെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് എത്ര എഴുതി പിടിപ്പിച്ചാലും താങ്കൾ കാണിക്കും പോലെ ഒരു നുണ ആയിരം തവണ പറഞ്ഞാലും അത് സത്യം ആകില്ല.
